Scott Williams to Speak at JA Fredericton Event

Junior Achievement New Brunswick is pleased to announce that Scott Williams, CEO of Taylor Printing Group Inc. will be joining us at our Futures Unlimited Banquet & Silent Auction in Fredericton on April 3rd to deliver the Keynote Address.  

At any given time, Scott can be found dealing with people in one way or another. He is active in his community, leading and coaching youth basketball and serving on various boards throughout the community. His passion for building relationships stems from his years in sales; he firmly believes that connecting with people, getting to know them and letting them know you are truly interested in them as individuals is the key to building business and bringing out the best in his employees. His philosophy is that “if a person knows you care about them and their needs, they will trust you to take care of things on the business side and they will perform better as employees”. This passion is evident as one watches and listens to his dealings on a day-to-day basis; in the office with his colleagues, at business functions, or in the boardroom as he leads his company alongside his partner Mike Hamilton.  He is constantly monitoring trends in his industry, searching out better ways of doing things, researching new technology and connecting with experts in his field with the belief that if there is something that he can be doing better, he will ask the questions and get the help he needs to make it happen.
