Company Program - Advisor Award Recommendations
Hello Company Program Advisors,
Thank you all so much for all your hard work so far this year! We really appreciate all you do and we know the kids do as well! As we are now coming up on the end of program, we are reaching out to get your feedback for the upcoming Futures Unlimited Gala and the awards to be given out that evening.
Below is a short form for each Advisor or Advisor Team to complete. With the exception of the Executive Team Recommendations, please identify at least one or two students for each. There is also space to provide some comments. By providing additional comments, you are helping us to craft the speaking notes for the presenters on the evening of the Awards Ceremony. Note these recommendations are only one component of the selection process.
